Check in Procedure: Go directly to your condo. Key is located in lockbox.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to arrival will incur a $50. charge. Reservations cancelled or changed less than 15 days prior to arrival will forfeit entire rental amount. For refund, cancellation or any change to reservation, must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival.

Amenities and appliances are subject to down time, for repair or maintenance.

All of our homes and condominiums are non-smoking.

Pets are allowed in a few select condos, with prior approval. Failure to respect our pet policy will result in eviction and additional charges.

Linens are provided. Housekeeping on departure, is included with all reservations. Towel service is not included, though it can be arranged for, in advance for an additional fee.

We reserve the right to substitute unit, when circumstances arise beyond our control

Check in time is at 4:pm. Check out is 11:am. Housekeeping requests your observance of these times.

Key Policy:
1 key will be in lock-box, 2nd key will be on kitchen counter. We recommend returning key to lock box after every use. This will ensure a key is always available at the front door. Failure to leave key in lockbox and in unit upon departure, will result in expense of re-keying unit, billed to your credit card.
