Nicely re-decorated 1 bedroom condo with "Western Touches" through-out. There is a Queen bed in the bedrrom, along with a bath with a shower/tub combination. There is another bath with a tub/shower combination off of the kitchen. There is a Queen Murphy bed and a Queen hide-a-bed in the living room, along with a well-equipped kitchen with a 4 burner stove & oven, and even a dishwasher to make your vacation even better! Sit back, relax and enjoy a fire in the fireplace (presto-logs only) . This condo faces South and you can look out at the grass & playing field and watch some of the "fun " activities taking place before you. This unit can sleep 6 & is Approx. 680 square feet.

    Unit 2123 was very nice - just right for our family of 4. Clean room, ample amount of dishes available, furniture in great shape, etc. No complaints.

    Stayed with my 5 grown children for a family reunion. Enjoyed the entire 7th Mountain facility-something for everyone. Our unit was not as nice as some. Bathroom a little dated- shower head kind of low, shower curtain not clean- don't need to replace it,
    just wash in hot water with a little bleach, linoleum instead of tile. Dried food left on a few of the dishes. No big deal- we just washed them. I slept in the real bed- it was comfortable, room was dark enough, AC was cool enough. Daughter said the hide-a-bed
    was typical- bar digging in her back. Boys didn't mention how the murphy bed felt- so must have been fine. Nice to have two bathrooms. Wish we had brought beach towels. No problem with noise, easy to park near unit, free wi-fi was appreciated. Enjoyed relaxing
    on the balcony. John and staff with C.O.A. are very friendly and helpful. Same to be said for 7th Mountain staff. Oregon is beautiful-glad we were able to enjoy it while staying in a nice place.

    The furniture is a little worn, but clean. There was an incessant loud HVAC-type noise coming from the wall behind the bedroom sink. Not too bad, though. Great location and view.

    The accomodations were clean however the freezer needed defrosting and when I got some pots out of the cupboard, they were dirty. The dishwasher was so loud that it was hard to hear the TV, very annoying!
