  We go to The Seventh Mountain Resort every year, and have always had an excellent experience when renting directly from the Inn. However, there were no rooms available from the Inn this time, so we rented a room there that was offered to us through Central Oregon Accommodations.
  They did not disclose to us that the building next door was under construction and that the building we were in was slated to begin renovations the day after we left. The noise was very bad, plus the unit itself was very ragged... certainly not worth the price.
  We would never have rented there if we knew the condition of the unit. Then, the final straw was when the owners locked us out. Given the condition and pending renovation, the owners did not believe the unit should have been rented, and so they thought we were somehow there without proper authorization.
  I called Central Oregon two times to see if they could rectify the situation. When they finally returned my call, they just insisted it was not their problem that the owner locked us out, and did nothing to rectify the situation. Fortunately, the Inn at Seventh Mountain was very helpful in locating the owner and resolving the issue so we could get into the unit. We would have simply left, but all of our belongings were still there. It was really a terrible experience and I will NEVER rent through Central Oregon Accommodations again.
  
  We will, however, continue to return to the Seventh Mountain Resort as we like it there very much, but will only rent through the Inn itself.

• Not happy with my overall stay. Problems were experienced with the air conditioning. The hide a bed in the living room is broken and the mattress on the Murphy bed had a sign on it to not sleep or put weight on the right side without extra support.

  Notices were on the wall that indicated the deck was unsafe. I have rented through COA over the last several years for an annual family event, and I have no desire to do business again through this property management firm.

  I think the unit, a "pet friendly" one, needs to be flea bombed. Our pet gets regular flea treatments. Both my husband and I have what look like flea bites. Also, the comforter on the bed needs washing.
