  Showed up after paying in full to discover Central Oregon Accommodations was no longer managing the property and that it was not in rental condition (which was obvious). The 5 of us had to find another place to stay, and COA did not refund our money. Beware.

  We really enjoyed the location of this house, which is an easy walk from Drake Park, several breweries, great markets and good restaurants. The hot tub is fabulous and the yard is great for dogs. Our stay would have been much more comfortable were it not for the fact that the furnace was completely unfunctional. We tried hitting the reset buttons and had no luck. Thankfully we were prepared for chilly hiking; we bundled up and got along okay.

  Stayed a couple of years ago and the general condition seems to have gone down a bit. Was suprised at the amount of dust and dog hair on the couch and bed spreads. Hot tub seemed to need some care. Trash in the driveway and dog $%$# all over the back yard were kind of a put off. You can't beat the price and we love the location.

  the bathroom in the master bedroom could have been cleaner. The kitchen was not as well stocked as I had thought it would be.
  The house itself was great. It fit our needs very well.

  We stayed during the July 4th weekend. Bend has a wonderful small town atmosphere with parades and fireworks. The house was huge. Located very close to downtown but was in a quiet neighborhood. Some maintainence was needed in the bathrooms (calking of the bathtub) but as a whole the house was very clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and all we needed to get was food. The internet required my son to reboot everytime he used it but worked fine once they fiqured out that. I would stay there again when given the chance.

  Great place, the back yard was very nice, the only thing that was lacking was any semblance of water pressure or flow from the main shower... good thing there were two! a small problem and an easy fix, I would recommend this place

  The house was great and worked for our two families. We had only two problems, the propane bottle was empty on the bbq and the internet password does not work - we had a computer tech person with us who continued to try most of the weekend to no avail. Otherwise, it was all great, and the location was perfect to meet all our needs. Thank you!

  The three bedrooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet even with football playing loudly in the living room.
  
  The backyard was my favorite part of the house. It was wonderful to be able to laze in the hot tub with the grill cooking up food nearby while my dog played and ran around the fenced backyard. I can't stress how nice the hot tub is -- the owner definitely splurged a bit on this one.
  
  Additionally, we were provided with ample firewood. Although the house has ample central heating, it's nice to take advantage of a fireplace when the temperature dips.
  
  The kitchen is very complete with all tools, silverware, dishes, etc. No need to bring anything!
  
  That brings up location. Groceries are readily available at an organic/gourmet market only 3 blocks away. If that's not adequate, there's an Albertson's, Rite-Aid, liquor store, and other only 5 minutes away by car. Downtown Bend is a 15 minute walk. For you skiiers/boarders, Mt Bachelor is about 30 minutes away, depending on weather and traffic.
  
  The only complaint I have is that some of the appliances needed a bit of maintenance. I imagine they get a lot of use so this is understandable.

  Great location right near downtown. House was huge and comfortable. Wish we had time to jump in the jaccuzi. Overall can't say enough about this location.

• Everything was great-- Iwas a little concerned about no air conditioning but we made it through. The kitchen was great-- --I will use this again when I am back in Bend. It was so great to have a place right there.We especially liked the deck .
