  The condo was not very clean, the shower didn't drain well, there was a hole in the floor, some of the lighting did not work. This condo needs some serious tlc.

  I was happy with the overall condition but if I had to critique, I would say the condo could use a carpet clean and a paint job. Otherwise clean and very happy with our stay. Thank you.

  Overall we enjoyed the place. However, there were a few issues:
  1. Workout room is still an issue. We couldn't access on our own, maintenance let us in.
  2. A/C wasn't working well; maintenance called (2 yrs. in a row).
  3. Ran out of toilet paper (had to buy our own) & kleenex.
  4. The bed in bedroom is very noisy; needs to be replaced.
  5. Birds nest outside of front door. Birds woke us up at 5:00 am each morning.
  6. Remote controls had no batteries.
  7. Smoke alarm in front room; no batteries; 2 yrs. in a row. (FIRE HAZARD)
  8. Dishwasher didn't clean dishes.
  
  On a positive note, love the place! Susan is a gem and a pleasure to work with. Thank you for the great deal on the free nights stay! :)

  In the first unit there was a sex toy on top of the kitchen cabinets that was found by my daughter when moving supplies around. This was a bit gross, the cleaning crew may need to look more closely.

  the COA (Central Oregon Accomodations) who manage this property had no explanation for the heat going out in our unit and still did not have the issue resolved 3 days later! While my kids froze ( no extra blankets) not even a match to light the 1 presto log left in the fire place!!! The owner of this Mom and Pop management outfit, originally agreed to refund the 3 nights we states with no heat, and later denied ever agreeing to this, stating , I moved you to a much nicer unit than the one you wee originally in! No refund offered for the nights we spent freezing, having to pack up our dinner all our belongings to move to another location!! Was not able 2 eat dinner until 10:00 that eve! Our dream vacation was the vacation from ****. What a sham!!

• I like the Inn, but I think the condo needs to be cleaned, remodeled and new furniture and equipment. Very little for kitchen supplies. Chairs uncomfortable. Bed in bedroom was good. I would not recommend this particular condo to anyone else
