  When we arrived, the unit had been "cleaned" (i.e., bed made, new towels) but was not clean--food stains/spills the the refrigerator; noticeable food particles, crumbs, and dirt on the carpet; vinyl flooring in kitchen and bathrooms not washed; grimy window blinds. As well, it was dark and not a comfortable chair to sit in in the whole place. The oversized couch hid the views from the window. The lighting was inadequate. When our plans for the last day fell through, we decided to leave early, even though we knew we wouldn't get our money back. This was one of the worst places we have ever been in.

• We generally enjoyed the accomodations, but we noticed that the quality of the property has gone down in the three years that we have visited during our mid-winter break.

  The kitchen faucet and sink in our unit were in significant disrepair. The second fridge in the adjoining bedroom was unusable. The construction at the site somewhat took away from the quality of the experience.
  
  We have visited your property for the last three years because we have received the accomodations as a gift from a family member. This year's booking (under your seemingly new format) was more difficult for him than prior years.

  My reservation included rooms 1528 and 27. The heater in 1527 did not work. We relied on the heat from 1528 and a small space heater found in the closet. There was a surprising amount of trash underneath the couches including hair clips, pennies, popcorn, a gum ball and more. Yuck! It looked like it had not been vacuumed for a while.
  I don't mind old, well used, but I don't think a room that costs $146 a night should be dirty or have broken heating systems.

  DVD player doesn't work.I don't like the small refrigerator. The oven needs a cookie sheet for baking tv dinners. The toilet (1528) doesn't flush very well.

  We always enjoy our stays at the Inn and have rented properties through Central Oregon Accomodations for years and have never been disappointed. It is a wonderful property for lots of family fun and our youth baseball team once again made many lasting memories while staying there for a local baseball tournament. Their time playing whiffle ball on the lawn and team fun in the pool have become almost as important as the official baseball games. Thanks again.

• Awesome Location but needing upgrade. Location of this property was very nice and convenient to town and ski area. However, this particular unit could use an uplift with newer furniture, carpets, countertops, bathroom. The main bed was comfortable.
