  We had an issue with the AC unit in the large master unit suite with separate entrance. The AC unit did not work and when I called the property management, they knew there was a problem but didn't try to correct. I called back twice trying to get a reduction in room rate but no response. Also the garbage inside the closet outside had not been dumped in over a week... it was piled almost to the ceiling and stunk so bad.

  No heat in downstairs master bedroom - was told that the wall heater was broken and that there was a portable heater in closet. No portable heater. Next day they brought one. Valance in kitchen came crashing down when no one was in room. Towels smelled rotten - like they had been left in washing machine too long. When we arrived the door handle was loose - so loose in fact that you could slide it from side to side. The deadbold had a key broken off in it. Very poor maintenance and cleaning on this property. Our friends stayed in another property just up the road and theirs was very nice. I certainly don't recommend #26.

  Beautiful and comfortable house, and great location. Unfortunately, there was a tick infestation in the master bathroom upstairs, making that bathroom unusable. Ticks crawling all over the floor near the tub, in the tub, and in the shower. Pregnant guest in that suite was quite disappointed to go up and down stairs to use bathroom in the middle of the night, and not have use of the tub. Also, toilet in downstairs queen suite was clogged.

  The location was great. The beds were very comfy! Just a few suggestions, a large bowl for salad, a pitcher for making juice, it needs a new oven light and a light in the downstairs room in front of the closets. Also I reported some dog pee that was there when we arrived. I put a large note on the spot and taped it down for the cleaning crew. We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitly return! The skiing at Mt. Bachelor was great and we enjoyed Bend as well!

  We had 3 couples who love cooking so this was an ideal condo, large kitchen and dining table. The bedrooms are all lovely and private. We'd rent this again.

  need to get the TV fixed or remove it. The couple that stayed in that room felt slighted! Also, the carpets need cleaning. But is was a great house and we enjoyed our time.

  Thanks for helping us find this rental. It was comfortable but we weren't impressed with the cleanliness. The kitchen was lacking in some dishes/cook- ware that would have been helpful to have.

  The Condo said it had a view of the golf course and it did if you were about 15ft tall. Trees and a dirt hill blocked the view also it looked like the patio hadn't been cleaned in about 6 months and the BBQ looked even worse. The inside wasn't bad but there was still a lot of dust. The size was great and if it was cleaned extremely well I would recommend this place.

  I would go back again. It was a very plesant, relaxing experience except the mosquitos on the deck made barbecueing difficult plus the barbecue was not functioning very well.
